LED/UV Lamps and Nail Drills – Metropolitan France
The following Beautilux electronic products are covered by two distinct types of warranties:
In accordance with articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Beautilux nail lamps, nail drills, and dust collectors purchased in Europe (official website www.beautilux.eu or Beautilux franchised stores) benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover electrical appliances purchased on other platforms. In this case, please contact the customer service of those platforms.
This warranty covers any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.
If a defect is found during this period, the consumer can request, free of charge, the repair or replacement of the product.
If this is impossible or the cost is clearly disproportionate, a total or partial refund may be offered.
In addition to the legal warranty, Beautilux grants a commercial warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase on all its electronic products (LED/UV lamps and nail drills) purchased in French territory via its official channels (Beautilux website or approved franchisees).
This warranty covers:
manufacturing defects,
premature malfunctions occurring under normal use,
any performance anomaly in accordance with our conditions of use.
🧪 200% Tested Reliability: Each Beautilux lamp undergoes two rigorous quality controls before shipping, and each device has a unique serial number to ensure full traceability.

You will need to provide:
a proof of purchase (invoice exclusively, mentioning the date, product reference, and place of purchase; any other document will be refused)
clear photos and videos highlighting the defect or malfunction;
a written description as complete as possible of the problem encountered;
your complete contact details (name, surname, address, email, phone number, and SIRET number if professional).
Without these elements, we will not be able to process the request.

After validation of the supporting documents:
If the defect is eligible for warranty, we will cover the return costs (with a return label to a relay point) and proceed with repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
If the defect results from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear, no action will be taken free of charge.
The customer can choose:
to have their device repaired or replaced at their own expense (upon quotation),
or to retrieve it by paying the re-shipping costs.
🧪 Each returned product undergoes a thorough technical expert assessment to determine the actual cause and prevent any recurrence of the problem.
The following are excluded from all warranties:
products purchased via unauthorized platforms: Amazon, AliExpress, Wish, etc.;
purchases made from independent points of sale (Beautilux franchised stores / partner training organizations / points of sale): contact their customer service directly;
damages resulting from:
falls, shocks, negligence, humidity, disassembly, modification,
use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
normal wear and tear of parts (bulbs, nail drill bits, motors...).
📌 The 2-year legal warranty of conformity is mandatory and covers defects existing at the time of delivery.
📌 The 12-month Beautilux commercial warranty is offered as an addition. It specifically covers cases of technical defects appearing during normal use within the first year.
